With corporate customer relationships as the key revenue driver, our client leveraged on SugarCRM to manage sales call, pipelines and reporting across properties. With integration to the client Property Management System (PMS), account managers can view customers past transactions and trends and get recommendations to achieve their quotas.
iZeno manages the website of a regional airline which is wholly owned subsidiary of one of the largest passenger operations in Asia. iZeno is commissioned by the developer of their CMS to managed all activities from DevOps to infra advisory. The website has 2-3 million views on a normal day and it can spike to 8 million views on campaign days.
A taxi dispatch system of one of the largest taxi operator in Asia required a revamp. Their Taxi Dispatch System is a home grown custom made software based on WebLogic Application Server. The application architecture was outdated and could not be scaled horizontally. Rewriting the application to handle the business demand was not viable given time constraints. The business was also under pressure from competitors.
With Zing, they are able to fulfil the business requirements without having to change a single line of code while waiting for the next generation of application. The response time per job order reduced significantly. This in turn allows higher probability of fulfilment of the job order.
Before Zing was introduced, 800 concurrent jobs per minute was the maximum capacity the system was able to handle without errors. Once Zing was deployed, the capacity tripled to 2400 concurrent jobs per minute.
A global company in the active lifestyle apparel and fashion business was looking at replacing their legacy Lawson BI. They explored various vendors and finally decided to embark with Jaspersoft.

All Operational reports are migrated from Lawson BI to Jaspersoft. 100+ reports were migrated. Datasources are MSSQL cube and also Datamart implemented using PostgreSQL and JasperETL. Business users using Jaspersoft are very happy with the speed and accuracy in getting their reports.

A Large Healthcare group was looking for a system to manage their students and educators. Their preference was to have the system in the Cloud but to use their internal AD. The constraint was that no VPN was allowed from public Cloud to tap on their AD. Our solution provided the Keycloak server in their environment and the rest of the system in Amazon Web Services (AWS) which fit both their requirements. Remote login for staff leveraged their current infrastructure of VPN, 2FA and Citrix.
They have a total of 20,000 + users. Students, Course educators and course administration can login via a seamless logon page to access all the authorized applications. Keycloak server being multi-tenant is able to manage the users residing in 2 different AD into different realm.
