On the 11th of October 2022, iZeno had an opportunity to be a part of the Atlassian in Jakarta’ 22 event at the Four Seasons Hotel, Jakarta. Atlassian in Jakarta is a product and solutions event for modern teamwork. This was a great platform to explore the ways in which teamwork, humanity, and tech intersect, and learn new techniques to unleash your team’s full potential.
This year, we had our first in-person experiences to connect with attendees and Atlassian customers across Indonesia who have discovered what’s new with our exciting product roadmap, level up your technical skills, and learn new ideas for better ways of working.
The event opened with Senior Solutions Engineer, Young Li from Atlassian, Senior Solutions Engineer, Warren Jones from Atlassian, Priska Aprilia, Project Manager from iZeno and a fireside chat facilitated by Irene Angreini, Senior Software Engineer from iZeno.
Young Li begins his presentation by highlighting the future with Atlassian – an overview of Atlassian solutions and also explained on how Atlassian can empower business teams.
Besides, Warren Jones from Atlassian shared an insightful information on high velocity service management. He also explained more on Atlassian Agile, DevOps strategy and Roadmap.
Priska Aprilia from iZeno emphasised on the on the power up of collaborative service management with automation to deliver value faster. She has also explained that the Atlassian’s approach to ITSM begins with teams at the center combines with strong culture, proven practices and collaborative tools and shared why service management is beyond ITSM. During her session, she has also highlighted that iZeno has proven success at enabling our customers accelerate operational excellence, helping IT and business teams deliver value faster.
Following that, being an Atlassian Specialized Partner in Cloud, we also had the chance to chat with our valued customer on stage, who shared his experience on why migration to the cloud is a choice that should be considered as a future pathway, the main challenges and how to mitigate the risks, and the immediate benefits of moving to the cloud. This session was facilitated by our Senior Software Engineer, Irene Angreini.
